A visit to Atmos will transport you to Greece, bringing the traditional architecture and relaxing atmosphere of the Greek Islands to Shoal Bay. Atmos was designed and built in Greece by Athenian architects, with many aspects of the fit-out manufactured in Greece and installed by local trades.

On the Atmos menu you can expect a variety of traditional mezedes along with hero dishes; whole snapper, slow cooked lamb shoulder, and charcoal rotisserie ‘souvla’ of chicken, pork, and lamb.

Many dishes are generational family recipes including Yiayia’s famous baklava. The cocktail list compliments the menu, drawing it’s inspiration from the flavours of Greece.
